It depends on the item, and we say so on every product page. Items marked US warehouse arrive in 3–8 business days. Items marked direct from the maker take about 2–3 weeks. Bundles that mix both ship on the longer window.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free on every order over $49. Under that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.
What's your return policy?

For consumables like fountain filters and enrichment treats, you can set a delivery cadence and save 12% — refills arrive right before you run out. Cancel anytime.
Which size / which pet?
Each product page notes whether an item is built for cats, dogs, or both, plus any sizing guidance. When in doubt, email us — we'd rather help you pick right than process a return.
Are your products safe?
We choose food-safe, pet-safe materials and note care instructions on every page. Toys are for supervised play — swap them out when they wear. We describe what products do (support calm, reduce boredom) and never make medical claims.
