Delivery windows
We quote honest windows instead of fake promises:
- US warehouse items — 3–8 business days.
- Direct-from-maker items — about 2–3 weeks.
- Mixed bundles — ship on the longer of the two windows.
Every product page tells you which applies before you buy.
Shipping cost
Free over $49. Under $49, a flat rate shows at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Returns & exchanges
30-day returns from delivery. If it's unused (or your pet simply wasn't into it), contact hello@pouncefetch.com and we'll start a refund or exchange. Items must be in resalable condition where possible; we handle reasonable cases with common sense.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it — no return shipping needed on our mistakes.
